December absences may be made up in January. Prior notice is not required, although it is appreciated. To ensure that your swim time is not released to other customers during your absence, you will be charged the regular lesson price for that day to maintain your reserved schedule. Please give 24 hours notice if you need to permanently remove or permanently change your schedule. Make-up lessons are $5 and may be scheduled after your absence has been logged, at a different time than your normally scheduled lesson, and up to a week in advance. There is no limit on how many absences you can make up. However, if you foresee being unable to attend your lessons for an extended amount of time, we recommend taking a break and going on a waitlist to restart lessons when you are ready. Designated make-up times and instructors are reserved for your convenience during the busy summer months.
